General Mission: Jeannette Rankin Peace Resource Center is a clearinghouse and networking organization for issues of peace, conflict management, the environment, hunger, and nuclear weapons. The Center offers global education materials in its public lending library, sponsors workshops, forums and events, helps facilitate local activism, and operates a craft store selling goods from cooperatives in developing countries to promote economic justice. A 3,000 text, 150 videotape, and 125 audiotape lending library is available for public use.
