4. GREENING OF THE CAMPUS IV: MOVING TO THE MAINSTREAM
September 20-22, Ball State University, Munice, Indiana
Greening of the Campus is an interdisciplinary conference that allows
people representing diverse areas in university communities to share
information on environmental issues. Ball State University's first
three Greening of the Campus conferences in 1996, 1997, and 1999 each
attracted 200 participants from about 30 states and a few foreign
countries for a dynamic international exchange of ideas on environmental
concerns. Greening of the Campus IV provides a new opportunity to
further explore the critical issues, problems, and solutions we still
face on our campuses and in our world in the new millennium.
