Animal Tracks Current Events Hotline  
The Animal Tracks Current Events Hotline is a resource for K-12 teachers which focuses on environmental awareness by examining conservation issues in the news. Each month, a new issue is e-mailed to subscribers (free subscription) with background information, classroom activities, and discussion questions. The information is also available at the National Wildlife Federation's website.

The NBII: Education, a USGS-led initiative, is a gateway to biological information on the Web.
