The US EPA, along with the Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, Generations United, and the Rachel Carson Council, Inc., are sponsoring the 3rd Annual Rachel Carson intergenerational "Sense of Wonder" contest. Entries must involve an intergenerational team and describe how this project brought the team in touch with the natural world. The 2009 World of Children Awards Program recognizes individuals who make a difference in the lives of children across the globe.
