Washington, Maine Landscape Ecology Workshop presented by Tom Wessels. "Reading the Landscape: A Connection to Space" is for students of natural history, teachers integrating place-based curricula, and those interested in experiencing the New England landscape.

Blue Poppy Garden is a showcase environmental site in coastal Maine. The 12-acre site is open to the public from mid-May to mid-October. We encourage teachers to bring students to learn more about woodlands, wetlands and native plants. Painters and photographers are also encouraged to enjoy the site.

Ferry Beach Ecology School is a residential environmental education center on the southern coast of Maine. During the Spring and Fall terms, FBES offers 3, 4 and 5 day residential programs, as well as day programs and outreach programs to public and private schools. (3rd through 8th grades).
