I like the idea of a group buy but I'd also like to see Gary's idea 
flushed out alot more too.  His emulator will be in the $200 range and 
that's reachable to all of us.  Then again if we all pitch in $50 and 
that goes along way to accieving a cheaper emulator for all of us then 
I'm up to that as well.
